We are committed to providing high-quality dental equipment with reliable warranty support and service.
Coverage Period
Individual Chairs, Units & Dental Lights
5 years from the date of purchase.
Intra Oral X-Ray Devices:
2 years from the date of purchase.
Handpieces
6 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers for electrical or workmanship defects ONLY under normal working conditions. If anyissues arise due to defective materials or manufacturing defects within the specified warranty period, we will
repair or replace the faulty item at no cost to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
Upholstery
Any wear and tear, damage, or defects related to the upholstery.
Paintwork and Plating:
Any damage, fading, or deterioration to paintwork or plating.
Handpiece Hoses
Any issues with handpiece hoses unless proven to be faulty from the start of retrieval.
Conditions of Warranty
- The warranty is only valid under normal working conditions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or accidents.
- The customer must retain proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to claim warranty services.
